Elm and Holly are next to each other with an adjoining pin code door, so perfect for two generations of family wanting to be close. Elm has solid oak flooring with under floor heating, air-conditioning and a glass wall with tonnes of natural light by the dressing table and sheers for privacy. The ensuite has a shower over the bath.

Located on the ground floor, this spacious Courtyard Room features floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening onto the garden, creating a bright and inviting space. The room is equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating for year-round comfort.

The room offers a super king-size bed, a dressing table with mirror, a full-length mirror, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower combination and a heated, steam-free mirror.
